From the South on I-295: (see detour information below)
Take 295 North to exit 8 (Washington Avenue). Go straight through intersection, and stay on Washington Avenue. At the intersection of Washington Avenue and Ocean Avenue, (about three lights from 295) you will see Cumberland Farms on your right. Our building is immediately after Cumberland Farms on the right. 813 Washington Avenue. Driveway is before building.

DETOUR STARTING May 19, 2011
If coming from the south on I-295 North, Exit 8 is closed.


Coming from the south on I-295 North ...


1. Take Exit 6B (Signs says: 302 100 Forest Ave).

2. At the end of the exit ramp, yield sign, merge onto Forest Ave but stay in the right lane.

3. At the next traffic light (which comes up quick), take a right onto Baxter Blvd.

4. At next traffic light (Preble Street), continue straight through traffic light to stay on Baxter Blvd.

5. Continue around Back Bay.

6. At the next traffic light (Vannah Ave) stay in the right lane to continue straight around Back Bay.

7. You’ll pass a high school on left with athletic field, continue on Baxter Blvd around Back Bay.

8. On left you’ll see a gray house with a sun room with a lot of windows, shortly after this house, take a left into Payson Park.

9. At the first stop sign (still in Payson Park) continue straight.

10. At the second stop sign (still in Payson Park), continue straight.

11. At the third stop sign (still in Payson Park), continue straight.

12. Up the little hill, stay in right lane, and at stop sign where this street ends (St. Pius church is across the street), take a right onto Ocean Blvd.

13. Go up a couple hundred yards, get in left lane, and at this traffic light (which is Washington Ave), take a left (Cumberland Farms is kitty corner to the left).

14. As soon as you take this left, immediately after the Cumberland Farms, turn right into our driveway (big white house with blue shutters).

From the North on I-295:
Take 295 South to Exit 9 (Washington Avenue). After you come off of the exit ramp, take the first right onto Bates Street. At the traffic light, take a left onto Washington Avenue. At the intersection of Washington Avenue and Ocean Avenue, (about two lights from Bates Street) you will see Cumberland Farms on your right. Our building is immediately after Cumberland Farms on the right. 813 Washington Avenue. Driveway is before building.

From the Turnpike – I-95
Get off at Exit 53 (West Falmouth) – once through the toll booths, turn right onto Route 100/26 South (Gray Rd becomes Auburn St which becomes Washington Ave). Go approximately 3.6 miles to the office on left, which is immediately before a Cumberland Farms gas station/convenient store.
