Tammy A. Clifford is the firm’s Office Manager and also a Paralegal. She has been with the firm since 1998. She has 19 years of legal experience in various areas of the law, including elder law, real estate, corporate, bankruptcy and family law. Tammy handles the day to day management of the firm as well as the firm’s bookkeeping and billing. She also assists the attorneys with Trust Administration and Estate Planning along with other elder law areas. Tammy attended the University of Southern Maine and Andover College with focuses in real estate appraising and legal studies.

Judi-Anne Cressey is a Paralegal and has been with the firm since 2000. She was previously the Deputy Register of Sagadahoc County Probate Court. Judi attended the University of Southern Maine with a focus in paralegal studies. Judi focuses on MaineCare, estate planning, guardianship/conservatorship proceedings and probate administration.

Michelle Curneil is a Paralegal and has been with the firm since 2001. She has worked for both large and small firms in the area and concentrated in estate planning, corporate and probate law. Michelle attended Westbrook College and the University of Southern Maine with a focus on paralegal studies. Michelle focuses on Maine Care and probate administration.

Jennifer Barry is a Paralegal and has been with the firm since 2002. Jennifer attended Eastern Connecticut State University and the University of Southern Maine, majoring in criminal justice with a minor in English. Jennifer focuses in probate administration.

Kathleen Mattia is a Paralegal and has been with the firm since March 2010. She was previously the Family Court Agent for the Department of Health and Human Services. Kathy has eighteen years of public service with the State of Maine, and over ten years experience as an Investigator in the private sector. She has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Maine. Kathy assists the firm’s attorneys in their various practice areas of elder law.

Debby Peers is our receptionist and administrative assistant. She has over 20 years of office experience. Debby has two grown children and lives in Portland with her husband and two dogs.

Tom Peers the newest member of our staff and works in administrative and computer software support. He comes with thirty years of administrative and management experience.
