The law firm assists persons of all ages in estate and tax planning, and has a special focus on the legal issues and life decisions which older individuals and their families must face.

The firm also has focuses on special needs planning for disabled individuals so that a lawsuit settlement or an inheritance can be used to enhance the disabled individual's life without unnecessarily impacting public benefits that the individual may rely upon.
